밸런스픽 개인정보처리방침

밸런스픽(이하 "앱")은 별도의 회원가입이나 로그인 없이 닉네임만으로 참여하는 실시간 밸런스 게임 앱입니다. 본 방침은 앱 이용 중 수집되는 정보와 그 이용 방법을 안내합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
- 닉네임: 게임 방 참여 시 이용자가 직접 입력하는 닉네임 (실명, 이메일 등 개인 식별 정보 아님)
- 참여자 ID: 게임 방 세션마다 임의로 생성되는 식별자로, 특정 개인의 신원과 연결되지 않습니다.
- 기기 광고 식별자(IDFA): 앱 첫 실행 시 iOS의 App Tracking Transparency(ATT) 권한 요청을 통해 이용자가 동의한 경우에만 맞춤형 광고 제공을 위해 수집됩니다. 동의하지 않아도 앱의 모든 기능을 동일하게 이용할 수 있습니다.
2. 정보 이용 목적
- 실시간 밸런스 게임 방 생성, 참여 및 투표 결과 동기화
- Google AdMob을 통한 광고 게재 (동의 시 맞춤형 광고, 미동의 시 비맞춤형 광고)
3. 제3자 서비스
- Supabase: 게임 방 데이터 저장 및 실시간 동기화를 위한 백엔드 서비스

4. 정보 보관
앱은 회원가입/로그인 기능이 없으며 세션이 종료되면 닉네임 및 참여자 ID는 더 이상 이용자를 식별하는 데 사용되지 않습니다. 별도의 영구 계정 정보를 저장하지 않습니다.
5. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 4세 이상 이용가로 제공되며, 실명·연락처 등 개인 식별 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

밸런스픽 Privacy Policy

밸런스픽 ("the App") is a real-time balance-game app that anyone can join with just a nickname — no account or login required. This policy explains what information is collected while using the App and how it is used.
1. Information We Collect
- Nickname: entered by the user when joining a game room. This is not tied to any real name, email, or other personal identifier.
- Participant ID: a randomly generated identifier created per game-room session, not linked to a user's real identity.
- Advertising Identifier (IDFA): collected only if the user grants permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt on first launch, used to serve personalized ads. All app features work the same whether or not this permission is granted.
2. How Information Is Used
- To create and join real-time game rooms and synchronize voting results
- To serve ads via Google AdMob (personalized if consent is given, non-personalized otherwise)
3. Third-Party Services
- Supabase: backend service used to store game room data and provide real-time synchronization
- Google AdMob: serves ads within the App. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
4. Data Retention
The App has no sign-up or login. Once a session ends, the nickname and participant ID are no longer used to identify anyone. No persistent account data is stored.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is rated 4+ and does not collect real names, contact details, or other personally identifying information.
